How to apply for a Senior Citizen Card?

I am live in PA. I would like to know where and how to apply for a seniro citizen card. Thanks

First Step

The application for a Senior Citizen Transit Identification Card is available to download or may be obtained in person at any of the five SEPTA Customer Service locations and participating State Legislator Offices.

Frankford Transportation Center
69th Street Terminal
Norristown Transportation Center
Chester Transportation Center

If you prefer to download, print and complete the PDF application ahead of time, please make sure all fields above the words 'This Section To Be Completed By Transit Agency' are filled in.

Senior Citizen Transit ID application

Customer Service will help you determine if your local Legislative Office participates in the distribution of the Senior Citizen Transit Identification Card.
Second Step

Applicants for a Senior Citizen Transit Identification Card must appear in person to complete the application process.

Applications will not be accepted by mail.

You may visit any of the five Customer service locations or a participating State Legislator office.

Applicants are required to show at least one form of accepted identification along with a completed application.

Armed Forces Discharge/Separation Papers
Baptismal Certificate
Birth Certificate
Veteran's Universal Access ID Card
Resident Alien Card
Yellow PACE Card (Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly)
Passport/Naturalization Papers
Pennsylvania ID Card (Non-Driver)
Photo Drivers License
Statement of Age Verification from the U.S. Social Security Administration
Third Step

Applications are processed by the Customer Service Department. Please allow approximately 7 to 14 business days for receipt of your ID card.

All Senior Citizen Transit Identification Cards are mailed to customers.
