Song in King of the Hill episode Buckley's Angel?

Last night I was watching King of the Hill on adult swim. The episode at 10:30 PM was the Buckley's Angel episode. I remember very clearly the scene where Luanne and Buckley's Angel are jumping on Khan's old trampoline. Who sings the song that plays while Luanne and Buckley are jumping on the trampoline? I think it's called "Life in a Northern Town" and it almost sounds like the opening of the Lion King movie.

You actually helped me find the song too. I googled "buckley angel song" and this came up. I got the title from you and I just youtubed and googled and found the artist. So thank you!
