I guess you are setting up your Wii to go online...
You shouldn't really need to change the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) on the Wii (just leave it blank) as it should detect the router fine. Having said that, if you find your games are lagging when playing online then change it to 1500 (which should be your router's default).
If that doesn't work then you need to go into your router settings to find out what the MTU is (should be 1500 though).
