Ok i really need help with some questions on my basic english?

ok so i have a few questions, and i cant find the answers to them, please help?

OK.
1. the phrase "inside his trouser pocket" tells you where something is, so it is C a prepositional phrase.

2.Adverbs often end in "ly" . and modify verbs."Before" does neither. It is in fact a preposition

3. A"Gooder" does not exist - better is the word.
B"worse should be worst"
C "better" is only used with 2 comparatives
D is correct.,

4."down" tells you where the plane was coming B preposition.
