Yep, I knew she was a liar. I knew she was a phoney as soon as she opened her mouth.
It just goes to show how desperate the GOP is for a leader - Wailin' Palin doesn't cut it. The woman's completely clueless.
I think the reason why she quit in Alaska had more to do with the ethics questions than anything else. Sooner or later, one of those allegations were going to stick - and she could kiss the Presidential nomination goodbye.
Why anybody would want to read that airhead's book is beyond me.

She was asked about the comments attributed to her claiming she was dissing on the McCain campaign staff. She said that she didn't and the book would show how proud she was to stand by John McCain.
So either the fact checking is wrong - or she hasn't read the book yet. I'm going to have to wait to make a decision.

I'm calling you on this one;-p Palin didn't write a book. Lynn Vincent, a very partisan Republican writer, wrote Palin's book. Usually the ghost writer gets some small print on the dust jacket and on the cover but you have to open this book to find the writer. Palin's taking all the credit for something she didn't do. Vincent's book is selling for less that 1/3 of its retail price so sales figures don't reflect support for Palin as much as they reflect the American people's curiosity and their interest in her slightly wacko persona. Am I shocked that Vincent's book is less than truthful. Yeah, right. I expect lies, hyperbole and a load of muck every time a Republican opens their mouth or, in this case, writes something. That the people who gave us Death Panels might lie is not news.
