Failures: the stimulus package, closing Gitmo, & health care will be his next biggest failure.

Accomplishments: Winning the election, having his approval rating drop the lowest of any President in a year after his election, easily violates the Constitution by interfering with contract law, helped Republicans win two Governorships.

Failures: Health care, his new car program, high unemployment rate, Chicago Olympics, Gitmo.
