Need help with shipping with ups please help?

i have a shipment coming and i put in the wrong address and i need to change the address. they already tried to deliver it once and are trying to find the address so i need to chang it please help!!

Call 1-800-PICK-UPS (UPS customer service) and tell them what you told us.

UPS will be happy to correct your package.

have u tried contacting the company u order from, they have a tracking order of the item, also did u order by way of the internet ( meaning using a computer) that information and tracking order should be in your e-mail acct...also contact whoever u order the item from by phone, if in fact it is a order item, not a gift someone sent u..either way, the sender should be able to clarify the error.
