What is the best loan to get or should I even get one?

I wanted to do work to my my house like granite counter tops,Good paint job.(interior)Professional carpet cleaning,and fence for the back yard.Should I get a loan from the bank I pay my mortgage to do this?(not talking about equity loan)Should I get loan from my credit union? Is this worth taking out a loan?How much do you think I would have to borrow to get this done?estimate please!!

Paying cash is the best method. If you can't afford to pay cash, better to save up the money and wait until you have enough to pay cash.
