Rotten luck or the market picking way up?

Question

Went to put offers on three houses in the last week and each had just had an offer put on it. Two of these houses have been on the market for over a year.

just bad timing but continue to keep your hopes up those houses were not meant for you and better homes will be available

With the time running out on the tax credit everyone is moving fast. Keep trying.

Wouldn't it be nice, if the agents would let others know when they have already received offer? It's a real problem we're dealing with in this economy. Some are putting that information on the showing instructions. If nothing else, tell your realtor to check with each agent before showing you the property. It's what I do automatically.
