New real estate agent needs help!!!!?

Question

So I am a new agent (30 days in)

I have a person who wants to buy a home...Their max is 300k

They want to buy a home for 300k that appraises at 650k

is this possible?

They have some money to put down but they are refusing to put any down.....

You really need to speak to your sales director.
Sure, write an offer for $300K on that home and see what the seller says.
OR, of course if they put $350K down, they can borrow $300k :-)

It is possible,, but it is a very very very very long shot. It has happened before though. I am not a reator, but I talk with a few of them frequently. I imagine that as you progress you will not bother with rediculous low balls. Many sellers end up getting pissed off and just sign back their asking price.
