No, you are not. You've caved, it happens, don't beat yourself up over it. Just keep plugging away as if this never happened.

It's very rare to be able to quit cold turkey. If you can make it another 2 weeks without 1, then i think you'll probably be ok after that, but if not, i'd recommend a progressive approach. Like slowly limiting the number per day/week.

Nope, it's all a mental thing. Your progress is only all gone if you let it be all gone. Pretend you didn't have that smoke and it won't matter.

    Help quit smoking
Once you make up your mind to quit you need to exercise a bit of discipline and stick to your plan - what happens is that your body needs time to get into the habit of not smoking - just like how it got into the habit of smoking. Cigarettes do not make a bad day good - otherwise non smokers would smoke on their bad days.
Check out these links help quit smoking links - they really helped me become cigarette free (5 years ago) naturally and easily. You will not need to use willpower and you will feel so proud of yourself and become fitter and healthier in the process.

i wouldnt think so. just stop "flirting" with the idea of the I JUST WANT ONE...... it will get you right back to where you just left. i quit smoking for 4 years and started again. i am now smoke free from may of 09. to be honest...... i still want a smoke a couple times a day. its a hard habit to break. just think of all the money you are not spending on them.

nope, addiction is a mental state, when you smoke you create receptors in your brain that crave nictotine, they start to dissapate, they return only after regular use, you can stop so easily.
