Waking up dehydrated, coughing...?

ok , ive been searching around here for the similar problem here but havent seen anything that i dont already know, like drinking plenty of water and sleeping with mouth shut,, i do all that,,,heres the deal , its hard for me to breath through my nose, its been like that for alot of years, i am 25 , and been smoking since i was about 12, so theres no question that that is the reason for my problem, plus i smoke herb daily too,, lately i been waking up very dehydrated, dry mouth fast heart beat, and a very dry cough, like i ran a marathon, and i do drink water prior to bed , then everytime every morning before or after that morning cigarete i have diarrea , every morning. i eat ok,usuall not too much i guess, im 5'11 and weight about 145lbs always been in that weight range so im not losing weight or anything, but i dont really feel too good my stomach feels sick, i doNot vomit.Sometimes when i inhale deeply i get a sharp pain feels like coming from heart area. sometimes i get scared , it feels like my heart about to stop , so i try to inhale slower to ease it up. my kidneys are not in good shape, doc told me last time i had piss test done.
PLease dont tell me to stop smoking (i know that), thats not what i ask, i wonder if i got a bigger problem like respiratory ?? Thank you

Go check it out sister, sooner is always better. Don't be scared, eveything will be just fine. It can be stress, a heart condition, a blod clot in your lung....Whatever it is most of these conditions are treatable.

wow, that doesn't sound good at all, have you seen a doctor about that in particular? if not, you definitely should, especially since it doesn't seem to be getting better
