Do landlords have to give a notice before comming over?

In the state of Alabama do landlords have to give a notice or can they just come and go as they please? Just curious

If they have no statue thatmeans theycan come over everday unannounced?!

Yes, and it has to be by appointment and at a reasonable time.

Alabama has NO statute that requires the landlord to give notice.

YES! Most states require some kind of notice. Many only require 24 hrs notice and some require 48 hrs notice. However, you do not have to be there or agree to it. A phone message the day before is legal in most states weather you actually hear it or not.

EDIT: Well I guess they are about the only ones that don't.
