Why are actvists stating this illegal never entered this mans garage he was outside of it & never was in it?

A Green Valley man pulled a gun on a suspected illegal immigrant last week when the man entered his garage and asked for water, according to a Pima County Sheriff’s report.

The resident told the 9-1-1 dispatcher that at about 5 p.m. Thursday a Hispanic man in a T-shirt and blue baseball cap “barged in to” his garage and began asking for water in Spanish, the report said.

The house, off of Camino Del Sol in the 1600 block of Retorno de Manana, in Desert Hills V, borders undeveloped desert.

The man said he grabbed his gun and the suspected illegal immigrant left, according to the report.

Sheriff’s deputies found the man nearby and turned him over to the Border Patrol.

What kind of crazy world do we live in where it's OK to shoot people who ask for water?
If he entered this man garage without permission he was tresspassing. If the illegal needed water that bad he can stand outside the garage and ask.But because he is illegal our laws do not count. How many of you let strangers into your garage or house or even care to lock your garage at all ? Excuse after excuse and the illegal can do whatever he wants accoring this crowd

I wonder if all those who are condemning this home owner would feel the same way if a stranger barged into their home uninvited. Doesn't matter that the man was Hispanic or that he spoke Spanish. He entered someone else's property,trespassing. But,I guess all those who condemn him leave their doors unlocked at night just in case someone walking by wants a drink of water.
We still have the right in this country to protect our home from intruders.

Illegal aliens kill over 27 people a day in the US.
83% of murder warrants are for illegal aliens here in Phoenix.
Given these facts you would have to be a moron NOT to defend yourself if a stranger enters your house uninvited!

And somebody comes and asks for water and instead, you show a gun. Nice hospitality !

NOTE: We know he didn't shoot. The "illegal" was lucky indeed.
The way things are today, the owner might have shot the man and later say that he acted in "self defense" because the man threatened him by asking for water in Spanish instead of english

Must be something only you can see. Because your little tiny article doesnt say anything about activists stating anything. Up till you used the article I dont think anyone was stating anything this man being in or out the garage.
Guess this shows how some posters use bent questions to try and show how illegals are so bad.

William, do you think only wetbacks and illegals how about kleptomaniacs, drug addicts and homeless but then again almost any citizen could be stealing stuff all the time. But hey you sure know all the characteristic traits of illegals at least you got that going for you.
