My landlord has been very insulting and unprofessional in dealing with us.?

Unless he's doing anything illegal, I suggest you learn to suck it up and act like an adult. For the record, being insulting and unprofessional aren't illegal. There are people like that everywhere you go in life. Learn to deal with it or you will spend a lot of time being miserable for no good reason.

Finish out the lease and move somewhere else. There is no law against unprofessionalism (except the law of bad business). If the insults are slanderous or might be considered libel, you would have an action, but other than that, you would be hard pressed to find a legal action against him.

I have had many Landlords that are that way. If they come into your place without notice then you can do something. (If that is in your lease..I always had it in that they had to give 24 hour notice) One Landlord knocked on the door, I was in the shower! And she opened it with her key and walked up the stairs! and I heard someone and called out. She continued to come up the stairs and freaking talk to me outside the shower! She did a lot of things she was not supposed to. That is prob why when I left and she took me to court I won! ;) If they are bad then finish the lease or try to find some sucher to take it over! good luck!

"Insulting and unprofessional" does not mean illegal. Just who are you going to complain to?

They have not done any thing illegal. Rude and unethical yes, but not illegal. There is nothing you can do.

Renting is a business relationship. You cannot take anything a landlord does personally. Trying to get back at someone for hurting your feelings is a bit childish.
