How can i write to a inmigration officer?

i went to an interview two months ago for my naturalization took the test and past but the officer told me that at that time i didnt have the 3 years yet to get my citicenship well i aplly according the form three months before you have the 3 years they send my interview before 10 days . now she said that i have to do all over again apply and pay the 675 dollar which i think is very unfair , i suposse to receive a letter from them but i havent now i would like to write to that officer before she send me her decision but dont know how to contact herif anyone can help me i will apreciate it

I doubt you can get direct contact with the same officer only that office .....
It certainly is unfair ..the appointment should not have been made until the time was due

Time to contact the Immigration Liasion of your congressman

I would make an infopass appointment to ensure they actually want you to pay for their error
