Au pair agencies to work in the US?

Hi, I'd like to work as an au pair but I don't have a 12-year education because of various problems and I don't have a driver's licence yet because I'm not 18 yet. I'll be 18 by the time I'll leave but I'm not yet, I'll be next year. So do you know any agencies for au pairs that want to work in the US that do not have these requirements? Is it also possible not to use an agency and to be sponsored by a host family? Please help me! Thank you very very much!

No, you cannot use an agency if you don't meet the requirements. Go back to school and finish your 12 year education, then get s driver's license, then apply to an agency. You are still young

For work in the USA you need the aproval of the USCIS, that means they have to give you a visa status that allows you to work.
Doesn't matter what the agency ask you
    There is not easy way
You have to be a profesional, and find a job in a company willing to sponsor you for your residence.
You have to be a direct relative of a US citizen.
Or you can play the Visa diversity program
Look at www.uscis.gov for your options
