What happens to property owned by someone deported?

What rights does a person who has been deported have to any property such as house or business that is in their name in the US? What happens if that property is a joint property? Can the person deported do anything with the property once they are deported? et al.. sell it

There are some obscure exceptions, but generally, deportation has no effect on property rights. They still own the property and can sell it, rent it, or gift it to someone else. They can hire an attorney or give someone else Power of Attorney.

we already told you - you asked this exact same question already.
Nothing happens - they still own it even through they are not in the country.
You want to steal it - they can sue you and get you arrested,
