So I filed for unemplyment back in June of this year. It was disqualified bc they said it was due to misconduct.
So then they say to get rid of the disqualification I have to make 6x's my benifit amount. But I call today and she basically said that when I get that amount it will only allow me to file for unemployment in the future; not collect my previous weeks that I had claimed.
I am now lost. Only bc I was told differently. I was told by a worker at the Unemployment office that after I got rid of the disqualification I would be able to collect the weeks that I claimed.
Someone help!
