Is your son a US Citizen because he was BORN in the USA? Then just put his birthday and write out in little letters "Citizenship through birth in USA"

Is your son a US Citizen because he was naturalized on a certain date? Then you put that certain date that appears on his Naturalization certificate.

I would guess his date of birth, unless there is a separate line for his date of birth, then leave it blank or say NA (Not applicable)

But if he was born in the US, then I would say that was the date.

He isn't either naturalized or admitted. If you live outside the country, though (and your child was born there), you were supposed to fill out and submit a record of live birth form to register your child as a US citizen.

If you have a form asking about naturalization or admittance, it is either the wrong form to use or you are filling out a part that you only need to fill out in the case of naturalization or temporary admittance. Neither should apply to your US citizen by birth child.

You really need to talk to the consulate (good luck with that since they don't answer any more, only give you a chance to make an appointment).

They don't make things easy, that is for sure.
