We are currently renting from my boyfriends Uncle, we have no lease, he has stated recently?

he has to give the bank a decision in 2 weeks of what he is going to do with this property. This is consider his Homestead and he isn't supposed to be renting it out, all utilities are in his name that we pay to the companies. He isn't giving us the full truth and he still wants to collect rent from us. How long do we have until we are told to leave and do we still have to pay him and do we have any rights since we are technically consider squatters?

You are not squatters. You are renters.

You did not state your location, but you have 30 days to move in most states. Of course you pay him rent until you move out, you aren't leeches either.

If you have no written lease, you have no rights, other than to a thirty day advance notice that you must vacate the premises. You are not technically 'squatters'. You are tenants without a written lease, so your 'lease arrangements' are those specified in the statutes of the state in which you reside. You need to continue paying the agreed rents until you no longer live at the premises.

you are renters and you have a month to month periodic tenancy lease. it does not matter that it was never in writing. You have the right to occupy house and the obligation to pay rent at least thru end of December

your uncle's problem with his lender is not your concern. He is your landlord.

Depending upon the state he has to give you 30-60 days notice prior to the start of a month the lease is not being renewed. So if your state is 30 days he could inform you now that Jan 1 this lease is not being renewed. You would have to pay thru end of December and then the lease would be done.

Note that there are no partial months. Your lease renews each month for a full 30 days. So December is already locked in.

Note the same 30-60 days applies to you. You have to provide your uncle the same notice prior to the start of a month if you wish to terminate the lease.
