When going through a metal detector.......?

Question

Since my ipod dosent go off when walking through a metal detector(thats how low the sensitivity is set at )
when its in my shoe will an iphone 3gs go off when in my shoe
its my school i go to an alternative school for behavior problems so will it go off or not?

Walk through metal detectors have high and low sensitivity point (most of the time the middle of the detector waist high is more sensitive.) Put the contraband in your shoe and and keep your feet closet the outer part of the detector, if it is one of the ones where you have to stand in for a second or two.

Trying to find out where they send you if you get expelled from there? Don't bring stuff to school that isn't allowed.
