I have 2 email accts set up on my Blackberry, but both get sent to my texts. How can I stop it?

See, I have both my business & personal email accts set up, and both those emails get sent to my text messages. So I always get 2 copies of each email in my text inbox, when I already have the copies of those emails in my email inbox on the Blackberry.

How can I fix it so the emails will just show up in the email inbox, and not get sent to my text messages?

I was having the same problem and was looking on the internet for a soulition, i just figured it out so I figured i'd help you out. Here it is:

-Open your text message app.
-Hit your blackberry button (first button to the left of the trackball)
-Scroll down and selcet options
-Select general options
-Scroll to the 9th line which says "SMS and Email Inboxes:"
-Change the setting to say "separate"
-Hit your blackberry button
-Select "Save"
-And lastly, Restart your phone

There will then be a new app icon on your screen that says "SMS And MMS"
only yout text messages will go here. You now have 3 options...

Messages:
Which will recieve and show ANY message of any kind that comes to your cell phone

Email:
Which only receives your email

SMS And MMS:
Which only receives you text messages

You can now hide your origional "Messages" app and leave the new "SMS And MMS" and "Email" so your messages will now be seperate.
