Is it worth buying a used Audi a4 1999 ?

This will be my first car. I am not rich so I can't be spending alot of money on repairs. Help

Audi's can be nice but they do kind of need a lot of maintenance. If i was you i would try to find a Toyota Camery or something like that cause i know that Toyota are very reliable.Also, i would suggest a Honda civic because of gas millage. And if you want to look good you can try and find a BMW 325e like a 1988 which would probably be more reliable than an Audi. I really don't like Audi's.

no , they are expensive to fix anything ( a timing belt is almost 1700 $ ! ) there are plenty of cheap cars out there and an audi isn't one of them

Absolutely not. You would do better to find a Toyota Scion. Stop trying to impress people that do not know you and do not pay your bills. In other words, grow up.

i own one and do all the work myself so i only have to pay for parts...its actually quite cheap to fix this way...make sure that if you buy it it had its timing belt changed.

other than that, take good care of it and it will take care of itself and you too...

they are great cars...
