I have a question about puebla and pachuca?

Did puebla already qualify? If not, how would it be possible for pachuca to qualify rather than puebla? Thanks.

Puebla right now is in 4rth place with 26 points and Pachuca is in 5th place with 23 points.Puebla needs to loose there next game, if Puebla does loose than Pachuca has to score like about 8 goals to the team there gonna play againts due to Puebla having scored more goals. Wich i think is impossible because Pachuca isnt doing that good right now.

No pachuca was eliminated when they lost to Toluca Puebla is already in all that's left to decide is Chivas o San Luis
