Health Care Reform Cost For Me? In Need Of Open Heart Surgery.?

I am so confused on the health care plan that just passed the House. I am a college student w/ no insurance and really no money. But I have a pre-existing heart condition that I have had two open heart surgeries on when I was a child. Now I need to have another surgery but this time to replace two valves in my heart. Well, I can't get on any government health care like medicade because they are not even taking applications because they "are waiting for the Presidents plan."

So how will this effect me? How long will I have to wait until I can get my heart surgery? What will the cost be to me?

If you are waiting on the government then you should write out your last wishes you will die waiting for the government to figure it out. Just look at the great job they do running other welfare programs.
