About owner and court date?

if the owner has to to to court for "complaint to foreclose mortgage" but he won't show up what's gonna happen?
How the tenent can know the results of the foreclosure?
If a tenent doesn't pay the rent anymore because the apartment is in foreclosure can the owner send an eviction order for sure or it depends from the owner?

just because the owwner is under forclosure doesn't mean the tennant doesn't need to continue paying his rent! one has nothing to do with the other.
