What are some great things to do with a jailbroken iPod Touch?

I have the newest 8gb iPod touch on a tethered jailbreak. I already have winterboard, but some nice themes would be cool, preferably ones with lots of icons. I already have these apps for a JB ipod:

the best theme to use is Illuminate, or HI-tech

assasains's creed
need for speed undercover
Appbox (it has all the utilities u need in one little neat package)

go to the itunes store and check for top 25 paid and top grossing

then download it from installous.
