will me and my brother get to go with her?

Let's say they marry in december, how long after that will me and my brother be able to go live with them?

How old are you and your brother? I believe that you have to be under age 21 and unmarried to come in as your mother's dependants.

the application must have you both listed or neither will be allowed to come to the US.
if they are then they will be allowed on the same visa.
Yet at 21` you become a seperate person and must leave the US.
Unless in the mean time you apply and get green card status,
