Am I eligible for the 8000 tax credit?

I sold my home in June of 2007 and rented an apartment until june of 2009 and i bought a home am i qualifeied for the tax rebate? possibly a partial one?

No. First time homebuyer means 3 years with no primary residence owned.

No you unfortunatly can't get the 8000 credit, or a partial. You cannot be a home owner for at least three years. Bummer

For the $8000 deal, no.
If you have already bought the replacement house, the new $6500 deal is out too.
