If you drink too much water in a small amount of time it can cause water poisoning. I drank 68 ounces in 30 minutes, being an idiot after all, and I got extremely pale and light headed and felt really warm.

Drinking too much can cause the salts in your body to start to go away. If you think you may of drank too much water, try eating a few saltine crackers. The salt on them should make you feel better.

yes you can. When I was in high school I knew this girl who took ecstasy one night and in order to keep her "rolling" she kept drinking water, in fact she drank gallons of water and she drowned from it because there was so much water in her system that it filled her lungs and she could no longer breath, unfortunately nobody payed attention and she could not be saved

Yes - your blood actually thins to the point that it can not carry red blood cells (which carry oxygen to the heart, brain, etc) - and your lungs will fill with fluid and you'll actually drown in your own fluids.

yeah you can. you have to drink a gallon of water in some amount of time. pretty hard to do. and its like getting completely drunk, but only for a few minutes then you black out and your body shuts down.
