If she is under 18, then clearly not legal.
However if she is an adult, then legally, its less clear.
For example if you are in California and you disclose the contents of a confidential communication by electronic means, that's a misdemeanor. In a very strict sense, if someone who you are chatting/camming with alone says "I want this to be confidential and no one esle can ever see or hear it" and you turn around and post the pictures anyway, that could be construed as illegal. A couple of other states have a similar statute.
But, someone getting naked online usually doesn't have an expectation of privacy. As far as criminal charges go, unless there is some deception or other crime involved, no DA in the country would bother filing charges against someone for posting naked pictures of another person. There aren't really any civil remedies for that person either.
It happens every single day. Even if were illegal in a technical sense, its legal in a realistic sense. Basically if you're going to get naked online, nobody has any sympathy for you if those pictures get out.
