Poll: Rottweiler or APBT?

I have 2 APBT and 2 Rotties :)

Additional Details

I'm just doing a poll. I have both and love them but I'm just curious what other people prefer.

I love both those breeds, I have a Pitbull who name is Bear =)
And in a Couple years i plan to adopt another dog from a Shelter and id really Like to get a Rottweiler - Those Two Breeds have been given a "Bad Name" so they have a less Chance if getting adopted. A lot of Shelter wont even take Pits

Both are lovely dogs, but I'm a sucker for a sweet APBT. That and they're bad reps aren't deserved. Both very sweet dogs!

they're both wonderful breeds. although, i do have a rotweiler mix.

I think Rottweilers are way cooler. It all depends on your situation though. I heard Pits are really good at turning on people. If you're looking for a guard dog, then probably a pit, but if you have kids, and/or a house dog that is with you at all times, I'd say rott, cus they're less likely to turn on you.

I don't have a problem with either but I know more Rotties so I would go with that. For the simple fact I know more about them.

I love and have both, if that's a choice. I have my Lovable, sweet and friendly Rottie, Edge. My APBT, Chance, saved me when I was 14y/o =). He's about to expire, being 15 y/o he is. My answer is Rottie && APBT.

APBT. The only breed I will own. For the poster that said pitbulls make good guard dogs, not even close.. They are very bad at it cuz they like people way to much. Which is why they tend to be the most stolen dog breed. Rottweilers were bred for guard work. I like them both but I like the stability of the pit. For one, they don't nip or bite when a child runs into them, grabs a ear, etc. The high pain tolerance comes in handy in that regard. They don't shed as much. Smaller and come in multiple colors.
