if two people get arrested for a gun charge and one has a clean record and one has 2 gun previous charges can they add thoses charges to the persons clean record or when you get arrested your your own individual

Do you mean, the other ones two previous charges? No, you can't have someone else's charges put onto your record. However, if you are found guilty of this gun charge it will be on your record, I think that's what you were asking. If not update additional details and I will come back and answer again.

You can only be charged for what you have been found guilty of.
