Can anyone tell me the name of this book?

I remember reading a book about five-seven years back but I cannot remember the of it no matter how hard I try.

The book is about a girl who lives in a close community, where they believe they live in the past ( the children do), but the outside world is living in the present. The people in the present can go to this community because it is sort of like a tourist attraction, and watch the community in their daily lives behind one-way mirrors. Eventually the main character escapes from the community and is amazed at the outside world.
