Show me another »Alcohol Citation for minor in pa?
I was at a party at my college last night and the cops came and busted the party. For everyone who was under 21, they took school id's and wrote our names down but did not ask any of us if we were drinking and they didn't have anyone take a breathalyser. They just took our names and told us to leave. Can I get a citation for this ?

Yes, it is possible. They don't need to ask if you were drinking. If they saw you holding a drink, or smelled it on your breath, that would be enough evidence for a citation.
