I have a 18volt power supply which worked, and then i hooked something up to and added to much voltage and....?

the thing blew up not the power supply, the thing i had hooked up to it

and now my power supply wont put voltage out now?

whats wrong with it and how do i fix it?

the fuse didnt blow

Take it to an electrician. 18 V is quite powerful voltage and if you don't know what you are doing you may injure yourself.

It is impossible to tell what is wrong with your supply without opening up and taking some measurements.
