I Can't Open Mabinogi?

Question

When I try to open Mabinogi it says "Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permisions to access the item." What do i do!! HELP!

Either:

a) Check to see if you installed it right.
b) Check system requirements.
c) Play something else.

if its a shared computer it might be whoever has the main file doesnt allow games to work or if its an old computer it may not let you play the game altogether
