When you went to court, your landlord asked for MONEY and POSSESSION.

My guess is that you paid the MONEY, but the landlord is enforcing the order for possession.

You can expect the landlord to go back to court and get a judgment for the eviction costs (sheriff) and any late fees, additional rent, and damages.

Suggest you immediately crack open that old fashioned phone book and turn to the blue pages. There are listing for housing assistance and emergency help. DO IT NOW.

You may want to contact you landlord and the court and see if there is someway you can stay for a little longer.

You are facing eviction because of non-payment of your lease contract. You will be removed from the premises by force if you do not leave on your own, willingly. Such eviction has no bearing on your lease contract. You are STILL bound to that which you signed.

Thusly, if the landlord is not able to find a replacement tenant quickly, you will be held liable for rents due according to your lease agreement.

What is a plenty fee? Did you mean penalty fee?
You say you paid your rent, but was it on time or did you pay it late, or was your eviction for some other reason?
Not enough information to answer your question, but for sure soon enough you will be notified of your monetary obligations, and if you eviction was for illegal activity you will also hear about that.
Your security deposit will probably be forfeited, and there may be legal fees for the eviction proceedings, and in addition your credit will be adversely affected.
Read your lease for further information, or the eviction paperwork.

It sounds like maybe you paid your rent late? If so, what happens when you do pay is that your landlord will take the late fees off the top of what you paid so that what you still owe is rent. Make sense?
Say your rent is $400 and you pay your rent 15 days late which added another $100 to your total balance due. When you pay $400 on the 16th, your landlord applies $100 to late fees first then applies the rest or $300 to rent leaving you owing $100 in rent. The best thing to do is call your landlord and see what's going on. More likely than not, they will work something out with you. They don't want a vacant apartment anymore than you want to move.

Depends on the reason for the eviction.
