I'm 14 years old and want to take boxing?

I'm 14 and want to take boxing. I want to know what I learn and what I do in it.

Do we actually fight at our age? If we do, how does it work, cause I'm pretty sure it won't be a knock-out or something.

Also, I have gynecomastia, (extra skin around breast), and I'm just wondering if you take you shirts off while fighting and exercising. It isn't a big worry about it, I'm just wondering.

Also, if you just give an overview of what learning boxing is like at my age. Thanks all in advance!!!

That is a perfect age to start. Whether or not you have to spar/fight is up to not only your coach/gym, but you. No one can make you spar if you don't want to. Actually, a lot of people choose not to spar and just join for the training/fitness. I had gynecomastia (man boobs) when I was 14 too. I used to get teased about it, but I always found it funny myself. So much so that I was known throughout middle school and early high school for being able to hold items (with no hands) under my man breasts, such as pens, the head part of small action figures, candy canes, etc. Fun times.
