How do i use a stove top convection oven?

Question

Bought a stove top convestion oven from charity shop, not much info with it, It looks like a large pan with high lid. I use gas on my stove , anyone else use one? Any recipes? With Thanks x

If it's meant to be used directly on a stovetop, then probably what you have is a "convection cooker" that will do some of the same things that a "convection oven" (or regular oven) will do.

P.S. The brand and model no. should be imprinted on the bottom or perhaps the side bottom of your cooker?

I have been wanting a convection oven for the longest! You can basically cook a full meal in it in half the amount of time. I'd go online and type in the make/model # and see if you can print off the manual.
