Whats the best way to safely clean #2 from a potty?

My daughter just began doing number 2 in her potty, but I'm not sure how to safely clean and sanitize it. Every since she was doing number 1 in her potty I just used hot water and a little dish soap, but how should I clean it now she goes number 2? Her skin is sensitive too, because when she started using the potty she would get a rash on the bottom sides of her thighs where she sat on her potty seat.

I would use bleachy water on the inside of the potty, after emptying it, scrub it it paper towels and rinse well. I would disinfect the potty seat with bleachy water or rubbing alcohol and then wipe down with a wet paper towel and then dry with a dry paper towel, just because you said her skin is so sensitive.

soak it in bleach water for a 15 min every other day.Also keep a spray bottle handy of bathroom cleaner and spray after you empty it and don't forget to wash hands each time.
