Has anybody used https://www.eseeds.com are they a scam ?

Question

I send them three questions .No answer so I really wanted certain seeds so I ordered and they have taken my money but sent nothing nor have they replied to my emails following the order . Are they a scam ????? I feel rather silly I have to say trusting them when they had not replied to me

Well I never did . It is so sad that a company with such a lovely website should be like this . There definitely is room for a new business

The company does exist. They have a very poor rating and most of their customers are highly dissatisfied with them. Here is their list of reviews:

I'm sorry to say this, but you will probably be less than satisfied with your purchase. If possible, try to get your order cancelled and your money refunded. Then, check your new supplier on DavesGarden for their customer reviews before ordering.

This is a perfectly good company. i will e-mail them to check into your claim and let's see what they do about it.

OH My Gosh, I would not use them. My sister ordered three books from them which were not cheap books either.

It was months of hassling with them with a repliy hear and there ever. The books were always on the way they said.
So she called her credit card company and had this amount taken off her bill.

Then out of the blue the books arrived...But there were "4" books and none of these books are what she had ordered.

So she again tried to get a hold of them by email but no answer.
So, she had them sent back and then had to keep an eye on her credit card bill.
Plus she ended up paying for the return postage.

They never charged her for the "4" books. What a hassle she went through.

I would not use this company it is suprising they are still in business today.

So sorry to hear that.

There are many scam companies these days. Be alert.

No reply even for the first email,
you can drop them. Trust starts
from the very first contact.

Just like going to a local shop,
no answer is given to your question,
you will definitely walk away.

I hope you will be more alert,
if you are going to buy things
online in the future.

Yes, it is sad to see people doing something weird.

Many of them don't know how serious
the problem can be if they don't send
what they are selling.

Probably, they don't know what is business about.
