I had to google it to get the context.
Thou, bethink thee, art
A guest for queens to social pageantries,
With gages from a hundred brighter eyes
Than tears even can make mine, to play thy part
Of chief musician. What hast thou to do
With looking from the lattice-lights at me,
A poor, tired, wandering singer, singing through
The dark, and leaning up a cypress tree ?
She is saying that she is a poor singer, unworthy of her lover's attention. Why would he bother looking out of the window at her?
Lattice lights means the gaps in a lattice screen or window.
It could be a biblical reference...
Song of Solomon 2:9: My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, shewing himself through the lattice
Edit:
There is also an element of teasing in it, because the "bethink thee" means "you think of yourself". It comes down to "You think you are so great with your fancy friends, why would you even look at someone like me?".
