How can I recover from low body temperature?

It has been rainy lately and quite cold, so I got colds. not necessarily cough but change in my voice is really noticeable (weak and soft, you can tell that I am sick though my voice).
I do feel sick, and I ask people to touch me on the forehead or the neck to check, they feel no warmth. I do not feel cold though, rather I feel a tiny hint of warmth if I feel on my own neck or forehead.
The normal temperature is 37 C but I only get 36.3 - 36.5 C every time I check using the thermometer.
this is kinda my version of "fever" because I usually feel sick when my body temperature is low and I doubt if I ever reach the normal 37 C

so much for that, so please help me how do I recover from this? I do not feel as bad as to when I have the actual fever because I can still manage to walk on my own, read stuff and even go to school in this condition. But I am worried even if I am not so affected by this drop in body temperature. It has been three days I guess since I've had the colds and felt like this. Do warm baths or cold baths help? how about some things I could take in.. like lemon juice or something to relieve the nasal congestion?

also I've had menstruation last week, and I should really expect my temperature to be quite high (at least reaching normal temp), right? because of the hormonal activities. Or should I not panic at all?

It sounds as if you are possibly anaemic, have you had your blood tested lately. The first thing I think you should do is get yourself a tonic (your pharmist will recommend one) and eat a healthy diet with plenty of green vegetables and if things don't improve after a couple of weeks visit your doctor as soon as possible to get checked out in case the problem is serious. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
