Does anyone know why my solar plexus would cramp up while jogging?

It seems to only happen when I run for the Marines, but when it occurs it cuts off my breathing. It's not asthma or a side stitch, it sort of feels like I was punched in the solar plexus, except it slowly builds up. It could be anxiety, but I'm just curious if anyone else has had this happen.

Solar plexus is...just below your rib cage, correct?
Try pinching the skin around the pain and pull.
Run like that for a few seconds. It should help.
If you get a cramp in your ribs, gently pounding it may help.
