Please i need help in computer Project...10th ICSE! ?

Question

I need to write a program on the menu of an Icecream parlour...can u please tell me the commands i need to type in switch case.
for eg.
String Ice[][]={{"1","Vanilla","20"}},
{"2" ,"strawberry","30"},
{.................}


}
etc etc...then pl. tell me the commands i should type in switch case in order to print out the bill.
pl. send in commands, the program fast as possible.
pl help!
