Unemployment Question!?

Can my former employer stop my unemployment benefits if I have already been receiving them. And if so, do I have to pay anything back? Keep in mind, I didn't give any false information on my unemployment benefits form. I did miss my phone interview, and I think my ex-employer may have. If he later see's that I am getting unemployment benefits can he somehow stop them? Real answers please. Thank you for your input!

Yes. If your company contests your claim and wins on appeal with the Unemployment Office, they can stop your beneifts, and require you to pay back any payments you may have received. You will receive notification to this effect if and when the company contests the claim and the arbitration process is scheduled.
