benefits, but they didnt call me like they said they would. when I call the line is always busy I havent recieved a payment from them in over a month. How do I geT in touch with them asap? Doas anyone have any idea what I should do next? Have you been in this situation before with the edd?

I don't what state your in. I'm currently going through the steps like you are. I on the other hand am in California and I missed my phone interview the other day and they did not leave a number to call back at like they're supposed to, and the numbers they give you to call on their website are always busy and of no help. But if you look online on whatever state your in's website you should find a form you can print and fill out and mail in with your questions or comments. Anyways, hope this helps!
