$10 sounds insane, when they sell for around $5 at many places. What is the wholesale cost to make 1 pizza?

The wholesale cost to make a pizza isn't limited to just the ingredients. Other costs associated with the wholesale price is the cost of:
1. The building (rent and utilities)
2. Wages
3. Taxes
4. Licenses
5. Advertising/marketing
6. Equipment to make and bake a pizza

These above costs can be small (per pizza) if you sell a huge number of pizzas. But if you sell too few pizzas, these costs will make each pizza too expensive to produce, too expensive to sell.

So it's only a guess that the cost to produce one pizza is around $3 for a large volume operation, maybe closer to $5 for a low volume operation, and if you sell one pizza per month, that one pizza will probably cost about $8,000 wholesale.

This is what I thought. My building cost and other expenses will be extremely low.
